The process explained
Initial brief - Our design team will take your brief via phone, email or meeting. At this stage we will offer any guidance on style, content etc.
Initial concepts - From your poster or flyer specification we will design and mock-up (usually 3) initial flyer / poster design concepts, with which to choose from. You can then choose one graphic design that we will develop further, whilst taking into consideration any recommendations and guidance you give.
Final stage. -
Upon agreement of the poster or flyer design we will make any recommendations on flyer or poster printing or finishing. You will then be provided with a proof and, upon agreement, the design will be sent to print.

Flyer preparation & promotional tips
Establish a content hierarchy - Decide what information is the most important i.e. the name, logo, date, venue? A successful flyer has a clear and engaging aesthetic hierarchy. This provides order and structure that will allow the target audience to decipher key information.
Identify a style - What flyer style will work the best for your chosen market? What visuals will you audience relate to more and find most appealing?
Things to consider are whether you are aiming to appeal to a mass audience - therefore not wanting to discourage minorities. Alternatively you may be aiming to attract a defined niche audience that seeks a unique identity and brand style.
Once you have defined your market look into what brands already appeal to them to draw inspiration.
Think about colours - Colours can be influenced again by the market, the venue and even the time of year. Often we design flyers that are vibrant and colourful in the summer and then more subdued in tone for the winter periods. What mood do you want to create?
Decide on the purpose - Do you want your marketing materials to attract website hits, sell tickets engage interest, raise awareness, inform consumers? It's easy to lose track of the key purpose to your marketing material. Decide what it is you want from your publicity, from the start. This may define or change your material plan.
When to release your flyer or poster campaign - A flyer design will take roughly 1-2 days to produce - depending on content changes. We advise you release your campaign roughly3 weeks before your event that you intend to promote. This way audience interest isn't later forgotten or dismissed.
