About Us

Kiwi’s Independent Day-care Service is a registered and fully insured childcare service, governed by CIW (CARE Inspector of Wales). Kiwis offers a wrap around day care service which is offers four services for pre-school and Primary aged children:

  • Breakfast Club
  • Playgroup Sessions
  • Lunch Club
  • After School Club

Breakfast and After School Club

Our Before and After School Club is for school aged children. Our aim is to provide a comfortable care, where children can feel relaxed and happy before starting the school day. We open from 7.45am to accommodate those parents that need to get off to work early. Children will be offered breakfast with a choice of healthy cereals and breads. It is important to teach children in moderation, preparing them for adult healthy eating. The club runs an after-school club and offers childcare up to 6pm. Children will be offered a healthy snack Monday to Thursday and a treat on Friday. Our Before and After School club provides a safe and secure environment that provides many different play opportunities. We offers specific activities such as sports, book clubs, arts & crafts, role play, console games, movies and many more activities  that are trending with our young people.

Playgroup

Our Playgroup provide children with pre-school experiences such as, art, craft and construction activities, sand and water play, adventure play, music and movement, books and stories etc, as well as the opportunity to socialise with other children. We provide a stable, secure, and relaxed environment where parents and carers feel satisfied to leave their children. Parents and carers also have the chance to build relationships with other parents encouraging playdates away from the education environment.
