You will need an Evri business account and request API access.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to get your credentials:
You Must Have an Evri Business Account: The API is not available for personal or “pay as you go” accounts. You need to have a registered business account with them. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to set one up first by contacting their sales team.
Contact Evri’s Integration Team: Once you have a business account, you need to formally request API access. The most direct way is to email their IT integration team.
IT.Integration@hermes-europe.co.ukMeet Shipping Volume Requirements: Be aware that Evri may have a minimum weekly shipping volume to grant API access (for example, shipping over 150 parcels per week). They will inform you of any such requirements.
Receive Your Credentials: Once your request is approved, the Evri team will provide you with your API credentials.

Evri may update or adapt their software from time to time. To ensure your integration continues to run smoothly, we provide personal support and will resolve any issues that arise as a result of changes to their systems.
