This is a brand-new service. For a limited time, we’re offering it free for the first month. After that, the service will cost £6.99 per month.

You will need to generate an API key from your Squarespace account (Settings > Advanced > Developer API Keys). This takes less than a minute and we can walk you through it. You will also need your Royal Mail Click & Drop account details. Please note that the Squarespace Orders API requires a Commerce Advanced plan.

Our service replaces the basic Click & Drop integration, which many sellers find unreliable and poorly supported. We provide a fully managed connection with personal support, so if anything breaks, we fix it.

Yes. You can configure Shipping Rules within your Royal Mail Click & Drop account to automatically assign services based on weight, destination, or order value. For example, orders under 2kg could go via Tracked 48, while heavier items go via Tracked 24. Our integration passes through the weight data from your Squarespace products to make this work seamlessly.

Royal Mail may update or adapt their software from time to time. To ensure your integration continues to run smoothly, we provide personal support and will resolve any issues that arise as a result of changes to their systems.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by giving 30 days notice. Your integration will not work without a subscription.
