Wix is a lovely place to run a shop and a frustrating place to analyse one. The Orders page is built for fulfilling today’s orders; the moment you want a month-by-month view, product-level totals or a sheet for your accountant, you are exporting, reformatting, and doing it all again next month.
This integration keeps a Google Sheet permanently in step with your Wix store. Your past orders are imported at setup, then every new order is added automatically — including the details a CSV tends to flatten, like which size or colour was bought and how it was delivered.

Orders placed through your Wix store’s checkout. If you also take bookings or sell event tickets through Wix, tell us at setup and we will check whether those orders come through the same way for your site.
Yes. You choose: one row per order, one row per item, or both on separate tabs. Per-item rows are the easy way to see which products and options actually sell.
Yes. Size, colour, custom text and any other options your customers choose are recorded against each item, so you can total by option rather than just by product.
When an order is refunded or cancelled in Wix, its row is updated to match, so your totals do not overstate what you actually took. Partial refunds show the amount actually refunded.
Read access to your store’s orders, authorised from your own Wix account — we send exact steps. And edit access to the single Google Sheet you nominate, nothing else in your Drive. We never need your Wix password, and anything you hand over goes through a secure link rather than email.
Each subscription covers one Wix store. If you run several, each can feed its own tab of the same sheet, so you see everything side by side. Ask us about pricing for multiple stores.
Yes. We only ever write to the columns we own, so your own columns, extra tabs, charts and pivot tables keep working as new orders arrive.
Nothing breaks. Orders are tracked by their Wix order number rather than by row position, so sorting, filtering or deleting rows never causes an order to be written twice. If you delete one you wanted, ask and we will re-add it.
You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. The sync carries on during the notice period and then stops. The sheet stays yours, with everything already in it.
