Order Reporting
Your WooCommerce orders, line by line, in a Google Sheet that keeps itself up to date — and not a single extra plugin running on your WordPress site.
WooCommerce keeps every order you have ever taken, but getting them out in a shape you can actually work with usually means a CSV export, or yet another plugin running on the same server as your checkout.
This integration reads your orders from the outside, through WooCommerce’s own REST API with a read-only key, and writes them into a Google Sheet you own. Your order history is imported at setup; after that each new order lands on its own, and changes — a refund, a cancellation, an order moving to completed — are reflected rather than left stale.
We connect through the REST API that ships with WooCommerce. Nothing to install, update, or clash with your theme and other plugins.
Orders are read in small batches from our side, so your server is never running a sync job while customers pay. The first import is paced to stay gentle.
The key you create can read orders and nothing else. Delete it in WooCommerce and we are switched off instantly.
£6.99 per month after a free first month. That covers the integration, ongoing updates and support — no per-order or per-row fees on top.
No. We use the REST API that is built into WooCommerce itself, so nothing new runs on your WordPress site. All you do is create a read-only key in your WooCommerce settings, and we walk you through that.
No. Orders are read in small batches through the API rather than by a job running on your server, and the first import of your history is paced — it can run overnight if your store is large. Your checkout is never waiting on us.
Yes. The REST API returns orders the same way whether your store uses High-Performance Order Storage or the older posts table, so nothing changes if you migrate later.
Processing, completed and on-hold orders by default, with refunds reflected against the original order. Pending-payment and failed orders are left out so abandoned checkouts do not pad your numbers — if you want them logged, we can add them on a separate tab.
The defaults cover what most stores need:
If you report differently, tell us at setup and we will shape the sheet around how you work.
WooCommerce records refunds separately from the original order. We pick them up and reflect them in the sheet, so a refunded order does not keep showing as full revenue. Partial refunds show the amount actually refunded.
Yes. Each renewal is an ordinary WooCommerce order, so it arrives in the sheet as its own row like any other sale.
Two narrow ones. A read-only WooCommerce REST API key, which can read orders but cannot change prices, stock or settings — you hand it over through a secure link we send you, not by email. And edit access to the single Google Sheet you nominate, nothing else in your Drive. Both can be revoked by you at any time.
Yes. New orders are appended as rows and we only write to the columns we own, so anything you add — extra columns to the right, extra tabs, charts, pivot tables — keeps working.
Nothing breaks. Orders are tracked by their WooCommerce order number, not by row position, so sorting, filtering or deleting rows never causes an order to be written twice. If you delete one you wanted, ask and we will put it back.
You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. The sync carries on during the notice period and then stops. The sheet is yours and stays exactly as it is, with everything already in it.
