After purchasing your Wix → Royal Mail or Wix → DPD integration, this short setup gets us the access we need to wire it up. Two steps, about five minutes.
Step 1: Grant development access to your Wix site
So we can configure the carrier integration on your Wix site, please add us as a Website Manager. This takes about a minute:
- Sign in to your Wix dashboard
- Go to Settings → Roles & Permissions
- Click Invite Site Collaborators
- Add info@receptivemedia.co.uk with the role Website Manager
You can revoke this access at any time from the same screen once setup is complete. We only use it to install and configure the integration.
Step 2: Add your Royal Mail or DPD credentials
Submit your carrier-account credentials below. We use these to wire up the integration so labels print straight from your orders. Credentials are encrypted at rest and removed once setup is done.
What happens next
Once both steps are complete:
- We log in to your Wix site as Website Manager
- Install and configure the carrier app with the credentials you submitted
- Run a test order through to confirm labels print correctly
- Email you to confirm everything is live, usually within one working day
